Just a catch-up post showing picture from stuff I cooked while I was on my hiatus from blogging. I didn't have time to post about them, and I don't currently have the recipes with me, but the first one is homemade mac 'n cheese which turned out really delicious and the second is guacamole. Both were great and I've made the guacamole several times since this original batch.
